a versatile creator in multiple media
Stories are the most useful tool we have, but the world could use better storytellers - this is the view that I’ve held for a long time now. Back in 2018, I created a science-fiction action/comedy podcast called StarTripper!! — because it was a show I wanted to listen to myself, but wasn’t finding anywhere. In learning to trust my own voice, I found making the show to be the best thing I’ve ever done (so far, at least). With plenty of time spent as showrunner on ST!!, a writer for ars PARADOXICA, story editor for Worst Movies Ever Played, and designing graphics for shows like Sidequesting & ARDEN, I have built a strong foundation in knowing what a production needs to succeed, and the means to follow through. Working in TV development showed me what I wanted no part of: sensational entertainment that does not value the time or attention of anyone involved, but demands them anyway.
